Refund policy
All Healifyhub products are shipped in their original packaging directly from the manufacturer or supplier. However, in rare cases, manufacturing defects or handling issues may arise. If this occurs, we will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly.
If you encounter a defect that prevents the product from functioning as expected, please reach out to us at customercare@healifyhub.com.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or special handling charges.
Please note that products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, undergarments, software, items with removed serial numbers, groceries, food products, supplements, personal grooming items, and products with security or quality seals.
Since our products come from global suppliers, it is the customer’s responsibility to review the user manual and technical specifications before opening any items. Items that are damaged due to misuse (whether accidental or intentional) are not eligible for return.
Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact Healifyhub Support by email at customercare@healifyhub.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your item.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos to verify the item’s condition or the issue. These will be required to process your claim or refund. If the photos/videos are not available or do not clearly show the issue, we may not be able to proceed with your request. In some exceptional cases, a refund may be issued without requiring the item to be returned.
If the return is necessary, Healifyhub will arrange the return shipment. After confirmation, you can coordinate directly with the courier to schedule a convenient pick-up. Please ensure the item is handed over to the courier promptly to ensure it is returned within 3 days.
The item should be returned in its original, unused condition, including all parts, accessories, and manuals.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours and should appear in your account within 7 working days.
